Once we start to see reality more as it is, we realize that nothing is permanent, so how could the future be fixed? How could we live in anything but a world of continual possibility? – Joseph Jaworski

The Conscious and Unconscious Mind - How we Change
We have a conscious mind, and we have an unconscious mind. We have a self- image
created by our language (thoughts). Your subconscious is paying attention to the words
that the conscious mind is saying. You literally program your subconscious mind through
your language.
To Change – You have to nudge your brain.
How you change your life is one 5 sec decision at a time?
If you accept that fact that you may never feel ready, you may never feel confident, you
may never feel motivated, you may never feel courageous…and that’s ok, but you can
still push yourself forward. What happens over time is that you start to see yourself as
becoming the person who takes action. Guess what happens. You build the skill of
confidence and courage.
Take it professionally, not personally…you’re never going to please everyone. Stop
worrying about keeping everyone happy – that state doesn’t exist.
The change, the transformation, the reinvention happens in small baby steps. In micro-
actions. It happens small until it happens big. The micro-actions are creating muscle
memory of new behaviours. Tiny little things repeated over time creates dramatic
change. It’s like a very slow curve very gradually slopping up. The real work is in that
time. Don’t leave before the miracle.
You look where your eyes go. So, look forward. Wherever you set your mind, your point
of reference on, your mental attention, your focus, that’s where you’re going. You can’t
have a positive life from negative thoughts. You will perpetuate more negative thoughts.
If you’re looking at the wall, you’re going there.
If you want to expand and grow and rise and meet new people and do bigger, better
things, they you must think about what you want…not what you don’t want. Talk to your
brain about what you want. Inform your brain about what you want.
We can’t control everything in our outer world, but we can control our inner world. It’s
not that you will never react, the question is how long are you going to react?
If you want to grow, you can’t know everything. If you knew what you were doing, you
would be stagnating because you are not doing anything new. Doing something you
don’t know, is the catalyst for growth. You can’t know and grow. The two beliefs
contradict each other.
